How do you estimate cost and timing?
We define the users, priorities, deliverables and integrations before preparing a work plan and proposal. Cost and timing follow the agreed scope.
What will we receive at the end?
The agreed scope defines deliverables, which may include design files, working software, setup instructions and user documentation. Source code, accounts and usage rights are specified in the proposal and agreement.
What happens after launch?
We agree the scope of maintenance, monitoring, fixes and further development together. The support period, responsibilities and included work are made clear upfront.
