These terms govern the use of the website at www.type-of.com. By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by TYPE-OF. The operator's registered trade name and registry details will be published in section 2 of the Privacy page once registration is complete.
2. Purpose of the site and nature of its content
The site exists to describe the services we offer and the way we work. Its content is general information; it is not legal, financial, technical, or investment advice, and it creates no guarantee of outcome.
Unless a page says so explicitly, the methods and examples described are not completed client work or case studies. Do not read a page that claims no reference, certification, or partnership as claiming one.
3. Limits of the AI Opportunity Assessment
The assessment produces a decision report from an adaptive set of bounded answers using transparent, deterministic rules. The result is not a diagnosis but a starting decision to validate; it does not replace professional review and should not be the sole basis for an investment decision.
The result is only as accurate as the answers given. We accept no responsibility for conclusions that follow from answers which do not reflect your organisation's actual situation.
The share link carries an encrypted, expiring report projection rather than the raw answer map, and it is not a password. Anyone you send it to can view the report until expiry. Because the link is stateless it cannot be revoked individually; the decision to share it is yours.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, name, logo, diagrams, and software on this site belong to the operator and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal evaluation.
Reproducing, republishing, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works from the content is not permitted without written consent. When you quote, cite the source.
5. Unacceptable use
In using the site you agree not to:
- Use the content to construct a claim of partnership, clientele, certification, or outcome that does not exist.
- Send automated, bulk, or abusive requests to the form endpoints, or attempt to circumvent access limits.
- Reverse-engineer the site, bypass its security measures, or generate load that disrupts the service.
- Submit another person's personal data through the forms without their knowledge and a lawful basis.
6. Outbound links
The site may link to third-party addresses, such as the scheduling and social-account links. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices, and a link is neither an endorsement nor a declaration of partnership.
7. Availability and interruptions
We do not undertake that the site will run without interruption or error. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical necessity, and may change or remove content without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
This limitation does not cover liability arising from intent or gross negligence, nor mandatory provisions of consumer law.

We may update these terms. The current version takes effect when it is published on this page; the effective date and version number are at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings before the court of your own place of residence is reserved.
