A proposal workflow that got permanently shorter, and visibility into why a proposal won.
A proposal pulled data from four systems and its final form was assembled by hand every time. As irritating as the duration was the fact that nobody could explain why two proposals came out different.
We started with a controlled pilot: one region, one proposal type, a written rollback plan. The product records which inputs produced each proposal — and that, rather than speed, was the first gain.

WHERE THE LINE WAS
We mapped the workflow and built the product; data ownership, approval steps, and the go-live decision stayed with the client. We did not touch the pricing logic.
